MIND HEALTH PROJECT
Black Sheep’s Mind Health Project has been established to promote mental health awareness and support. When we launched Man Ride in 2016, we sought to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health, and to create a space where individuals can embrace their mental health journeys. Now, in 2024, we are focused on providing the tools and support to deal with the stresses and pressure of life. To encourage us to all get fitter with our Mind Health, not just our phyiscal health.
